BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking an event:
- Initial enquiries are welcome by telephone or email
- A booking form will be sent via email (preferred) or post
- The completed, signed booking form may be returned via email (preferred) or post
- We will contact you to confirm receipt of the completed booking form
Event booking notice:
- Parties of 5-50, minimum of one working day
- Parties of 51-200, minimum of two working days
- Parties of 200 and above, minimum of three working days
(These time scales have been set as a guideline but we will endeavour to fulfil any urgent requests)
Cancellations:
Catering Xtra require a minimum of 48 hours notice on any cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice will be charged on any orders cancelled without this notice.
