BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS...

As regular visitors to the site will know, Catering Xtra has managed to avoid price increases for the past four years now! Having now contended with raw materials increases, wage increases, fuel and transport increases and everything else, we have finally had to give in and adjust our prices. But the good news is that not all our prices have gone up and we are still very competitive with prices well below some of our main competition. The other good news
is that we haven’t compromised on quality. Some caterers maintain their prices by reducing the quality or the size of the products they sell. At Catering Xtra we have never taken that route. We believe our customers want the best and are entitled to receive it.

To enable us to keep giving you the best we need your support. We currently operate three outlets within Castleford & Normanton District and Fieldhead Hospitals. They are: Café Sunshine at Castleford & Normanton District Hospital, Oasis Café at Fieldhead Hospital and the Main Dining Room at Fieldhead. If you haven’t yet tried any of these facilities what’s up don’t you like good food? Come and see us as soon as you can! You’ll find a friendly service and delicious food at very reasonable prices. But, like all such outlets, they will only last whilst they are working. So use it or loose it!

Catering Xtra will never dictate to you what you should eat. That is the role of others. What we will do is always offer you a healthy option at every meal or snack. So whether you choose a chocolate bar or an apple is up to you. Both will be available!

Our current opening hours are:
Cafe Sunshine, Castleford & Normanton District Hospital: 8:00am to 2:00pm.
The Main Restaurant, Fieldhead Hospital: 8:00am to 2:30pm.
Oasis Cafe, Fieldhead Hospital: 9:30am to 4:00pm.
